GROUP BOOKING DETAILS
Veronica and Michael have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by November 1, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 2 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Wednesday, January 14, 2026-Wednesday, January 21, 2026. Kindly note the dates prior to January 15 and after January 19 are subject to availability.
SPA CREDIT: Guests booked within the group block will receive a $50 spa credit per adult, per day! Applies to massage, facial and body wrap treatments of 50 minutes or more. It is exclusively for the use of the Group in the Spa facilities only. Credits cannot be transferred between guests or accumulated; must be used in $50 USD increments per day; not redeemable for cash or refundable if not used; cannot be combined with other Spa promotions; Spa credits do not apply to Spa Boutique, Spa Cabanas, Beauty Salon or Hydrotherapy Circuit.
RATES
The first two guests regardless of age are charged as adults; Children 0-3 are free but count towards max occupancy; Must book using discounted group rates to attend wedding events; 2 night minimum required
RATE EXAMPLES:
2 Adults in a Zen Grand Garden View Suite from January 16-19, 2026 would be $570 x 2 adults x 3 nights = $3,420 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults + 2 Children in Zen Grand Garden View Pool Suite from January 16-19, 2026 would be [($660 x 2 adults) + ($170 x 2 children)] x 3 nights = $4,980 inclusive of tax and fees.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLEATION POLICY
Full payment for your reservation will be charged between 9/15/2025-10/15/2025
Cancellations on or after 10/10/2025 will be charged a 100% penalty of room total; non-refundable
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Beachy Vows currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are being provided by Veronica and Michael to and from Grand Velas Riviera Maya and Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Please fill out one flight information form for each itinerary; if multiple guests are on the same flights round-trip, feel free to fill out just one form.
Passengers ages 5 years or younger will automatically receive car seats on a request basis and be provided only if available ; if bringing your own kindly let us know at support@beachyvows.com with subject ‘Veronica and Michael’.
Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - we will not be able to arrange transfers for guests submitting information after this date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Veronica and Michael are kindly providing roundtrip shared airport transfers. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Guests are welcome to stay on property all day the day of check-in and check-out. Bags will be stored with your butler staff when you don't have access to your room.
