Welcome to this absolutely stunning, brand new all-inclusive beachfront resort located in the upscale area of Costa Mujeres, just north of Cancún. This beautiful resort features modern finish-outs, state-of-the-art architecture, and non-stop beach and poolside service to make your stay unforgettable. Spend the day playing on the beach then return to dine at one of Garza Blanca Cancún’s 4 restaurants and multiple bars or in-room dining in addition to full access to adjacent Villa del Parmar which features its own 5 restaurants and 3 bars. All 162 rooms feature thoughtful touches like pillow menus and bathrobes, along with free WiFi and iPod docks. Other amenities available to guests include 24-hour room service, premium bedding, and separate bathtubs and showers.

GROUP BOOKING DETAILS

Sarah and Brock have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST be booked through their group block on this site by December 1, 2025 in order to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or on the hotel website directly will not be able to access wedding events.

While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, April 7, 2026-Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Kindly note the dates before April 8 and after April 13 are subject to availability.

Rates

All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; Must book using All Inclusive Group Rates to attend events; 3 night minimum required; A 33 MXN peso/night (~$2.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.

RATE EXAMPLES:

2 Adults in a Junior Suite King from April 8-12, 2026 would be $309 x 2 adults x 4 nights = $2,472 inclusive of tax and fees.
2 Adults in One Bedroom Suite Ocean View from April 8-12, 2026 would be $422 x 2 adults x 4 nights = $3,376 inclusive of tax and fees.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLEATION POLICY

A 30% non-refundable deposit of your entire stay will be charged between 12/1/2025-1/1/2026 to hold your room; the remaining amount will be due at check-in

Cancellation before December 30, 2025, will be subject to a forfeiture of the 30% of the total reservation.
Cancellation after December 30, 2025, will be subject to full stay penalty.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Beachy Vows currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Airport Transfers

Discounted shared roundtrip airport transfers have been made available by Sarah and Brock!
Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to arrival into Cancun International Airport (CUN) - you may not be able to arrange transfers if submitting information after this date.
1x checked bag + 1x carry on bag is included per person; transfer company could charge an upgrade cost to private service for extra baggage, if necessary.
Lomas Travel will be tracking your flight number. If your inbound flight gets delayed, Lomas will automatically track this and plan for your arrival accordingly. However, if your flight number/airline changes, please email support@beachyvows.com with your updated flight information, with subject 'Sarah and Brock'.

FAQ

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.
Discounted shared roundtrip airport transfers have been made available by Sarah and Brock. Please submit your fight information no later than 1 month before travel.
Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you.
