GROUP BOOKING DETAILS
Lyndsay and Paul have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Rooms MUST be booked through their group block on this site by May 15th, 2027 in order to attend wedding events, to be included in group promotions, to be protected by agency support in case of travel or other potential issues, to be given priority access to rooming requests and be placed in the group block located near the bride and groom's group. Guests booking on third party websites (like Expedia or Hotels.com) or on the hotel website directly will not be able to access wedding events.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Wedding ceremony is on Saturday, October 30th, 2027. However, wedding events are being held on Thursday, October 28th and Friday, October 29th. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, October 26, 2027-Tuesday, November 2, 2027.
RATES
All rates are in USD and include hotel taxes and fees; Must book using All Inclusive Group Rates to attend events; 3 night minimum required; A 33 MXN peso/night (~$2.00 USD) environmental tax is charged at check out, subject to change.
RATE EXAMPLES:
2 Adults in a Junior Suite Garden View King from October 27-31, 2027 (4 nights) would be $254 x 2 adults x 4 nights = $2,032 inclusive of tax and fees.
3 Adults in a Junior Suite Garden View 2 Doubles from October 27-31, 2027 (4 nights) would be $253 × 3 adults x 4 nights = $3,036 inclusive of tax and fees.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLEATION POLICY
Payment for your requested booking will be charged between 5/15/2027-6/15/2027
Cancellations on or after 6/14/2027 will be charged a 20% penalty
Cancellations on or after 7/14/2027 will be charged a 40% penalty
Cancellations on or after 8/13/2027 will be fully non-refundable
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional but recommended. Beachy Vows currently offers a Cancel Anytime insurance product that will be made available for purchase within 14 days of the date you are charged for your room. The Cancel Anytime plan allows for 100% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to covered reasons or 80% refunds of the non-refundable amount for cancellations due to most other reasons (for example - no longer wanting to travel). The link and instructions to purchase this plan will be provided by email along with your invoice during the charge window. Terms and conditions are subject to change by the insurance company until the plan is purchased.

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. Reservations made through Beachy Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you.
