GROUP BOOKING DETAILS
Elle and Carl have secured discounted group rates for guests of their wedding! Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by August 1, 2025 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. Reservations made directly with the resort, via online travel agencies such as Expedia or Hotels.com, or via a third party travel agency will not meet the venue’s requirements to complete the RSVP process. We appreciate your abidance and understanding of the destination wedding processes and procedures in place.
While there is a 3 night minimum, most guests choose to add nights at the discounted rate before and after the wedding in order to enjoy the incredible resort with friends and family. Please feel free to take advantage of this rate from Tuesday, January 6, 2026-Tuesday, January 13, 2026. Kindly note the nights before January 8 and after January 11 are subject to availability.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the visa and/or passport requirements for Mexico?
Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires after 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs at Cancún airport, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Is there transportation available between Cancún International Airport and the resort?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Beach Vows will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best. Additional charges may be incurred for early arrival or late departure. Lunch and dinner is included on arrival date and breakfast is included on departure date.
Can I stay for just 2 nights?
While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@beachyvows.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Beachy Vows allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
